Have you checked if cock/fried to crunches for grinding?

IT LOOKS THAT THE COMPUTER IS TELLING YOU TO CLOSE THE DOOR FERST BEHIND THAT DOOR MAY BE A MICRO SWITCH WICH IS NOT DOING WHAT ITS SUPPOSE TO DO TRY TO OPEN AND CLOSE MAY BE YOU HAVE TO BE ALITTLE HURDER THEN NORMAL AS THE SWICH MAY BE WEAK. TRY THIS FERST

not good you need to remove the display and dry it up and see if the contacts are clean and soldered do solder if its ok only clean it with contact cleaner for electronics

CHECK IF GRINDER IS DOING ITS JOB MAY BE YOU HAVE TO REPLACE . ALSO CHECK SERVICE IT MAY BE THAT THE SENSOR IS NOT SENSING THE BEANS

try a finer grind coffee , you cant use a "store" grind in a cappuccino machine it requires a much finer grind than that

You probably need to clean or replace the screen inside your brew unit. I recently just cleaned mine due to the same issue with some steel wool.

warm up well before brewing coffee and set the grinder for finer coffee powder

my machine does not say grinder block but it saying coffee bean holder is empty when it is full.

If you've had the back off it may be this.....there are two grey plastic prongs sticking out of the back of the casing, when you've put it back on they haven't gone into the two lugs that are on the back of the cog, this affects the two cogs lining up.you may have to pull the cog up a little to line them up when you put the back on, the cogs should line up again as long as the prongs have gone into the lugs. Hope this this helps.

Take the nozzle off and wash well also there is a small hole pin size at the top clean out with a pin and push the black inside piece inside nozzle out 2/3 MM out it must pop out I use a chop stick it's perfect. I had the same problem perfect now

Try this remove the parnello wand and open the valve if you get a nice burst of steam then the problem is in the parnello wand, if you get the same spitting, then there is something in the valve or the steam boiler that is preventing the proper flow of steam.
