I HAVE THIS PRODUCT AND AM NEED OF A BATTERY MODEL
G'day
I found the battery type supplied by
Walmart to be UL-DVD
Walmart or currently out of stock for you to purchase it direct from them, but if you click
here, you will find there are many places that you can get one. Pick the one most convenient for you, either by walking in, or online ordering.
Happy to talk to you further about this. Giving my advice to you a rating is a great way to reward me for the time to find this information. Cheers

Have you tried batteries.com? I am not saying the have them I am just asking the question?
Take the serial number off the back of the battery and check batteries.com.. Any basic universal or OEM battery will fit this, acutally i have one same model actually, I wish i could sale you the whole unit but unfortunatly I cannot on here. But I know there is a universal solution.

Battery won't charge. Where do I buy a new one? Zip 85205
Intresting...
We appreciate the business and would love to help you, but if the issue was a defect and within the 30-90 days they should have exchanged it for you. Sounds like you got a bad battery, or bad charging element. There is no way testing it over email but you can use a VOM meter to check and see if the unit is delivering charge back to the battery.

Screen
If you never dropped it, it could be the fault of the company that made it. call them and tell them your problem. they might send someone over. if you have a reciept they might fix your product or give you another one.

My grandson lost his remote, also AC adapter and
Thanks for responding to my question. After adding the cost of the 3
items I needed, plus I could not find a remote for the DVD player, I will
come out close to Walmart's price for a new one. So that's how i solved my fix-it problem. It was nice to know of your web site, I'll pass the infro
to my friends. thanks again, Bracie Galloway
