Logitech (980361-0403) Headphones Questions & Answers
When I get on yahoo
Why do I suspect a change in software has caused this? Primarily, because the system once worked, you make no physical changes to equipment when you move to conference. It smacks of a compatibility issue perhaps as a result of an upgrade to the OS, a driver change, or a change in Messenger. You might have installed some other software in the past couple of weeks that is creating the problem. You could try going to a system restore point that predated the problem. You would lose settings and software that occured after that date, of course. Or, depending upon your operating system, you could try operating Messenger in a compatibility mode. Match software and hardware; compatibility informaiton is generally on the box. But if your software has upgraded, it may not be backwards compatible with your hardware.

Damaged USB plug on Logitech headphones
It may be cheaper to buy another one depending on how much the bench fee is your local shop. Phone first and ask them how much they would charge. Tell them the specific problem. Hope this helps.

The person I am speaking with does not hear me.
The person I am speaking with does not hear me (He is deaf).
The microphone function does not appear to be working. I have adjusted
the volume and that's not the problem (You must speak as well).
I have plugged both jacks (microphone and speaker) into my PC hard drive
and am using my PC to talk on Skype (You cant plug even a single jack in the hard drive).
Problem solved!

Volume not sufficient
double click the sound icon, down beside the time. goto options, then properties, then if your headphones are pluged into the pink jack on back of pc use your main card in drop down menu,
put a tick in recording options . press ok.,
then goto options again, and put a tick on addvance, now under the mic volume control you have addvance button click this and enable mic boost or agp. turn the level up very high and try call some one again.
hope this helps

My Logitech headphones mic won´t work with windows
Your headphone mic is all right. The problem is with the sound driver you are using. Many a time the headphone jack are not properly connected so it may be another issue for not working of your headphone. Your operating system is all right check out the sound driver setting from the control panel.
Good Luck

Logitech wireless headphones
Trying re-syncing the transmitter and the headphones. Hold down the power buttons on both until they alternate red and blue blinking, worked for me and now they work just fine. Got that from the Logitech FAQ website.
