Hi,
Make sure all part is on place, take out the watertank and put it back again, make sure the brewing unit is fit in place.
After all part is on place, put a container under the steampipe and open the steam knob to make a cup of water, when the water comes in a steady flow, then you can close the steam knob again.
Hope this will help you.
Best regards

Descale
that means getting rid of the limescale build up in the machine.
When the limescale becomes to much the machine slows dow.
buy a descaling solution at your local convenience store or grocery store. Use it as adviced on the bottle but do this twice in a row because a 30-40 minute brew means a lot of blockage. When you do it the second time turn the machine off after half the solution has gone through. Let stand for about 30 min and than turn machine on again. Flush twice with full pot of clean water and you will see that is will improve your time
Saeco odea steamer is leaking
This is a known issue with the Odea GO. You need to take it in for servicing to get the rubber seals changed. This happened with our maching after about 6 months.
Odea go dripping/dribbling more
You need to take it in to get serviced. This is a known issue with the Odea GO. We had to take ours in last year. Haven't had a problem since they fixed it.
Coffee machine pours water underneath
If its in warrenty send it back.
But it seems like the rubber seal on the inside somewere has been broke or just worn, this keeps the coffee machine preasurized so try replacing this, have a look through your manual it should tell you how to replace this.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, i´m on sick-list and have limited access to computer.
To prime the machine you have to put a container under the steam pipe, open the steamknob on the top of the machine. Let the pump go to there is a steady flow of water then you can close the steam knob again.
I´m not sure if you done this already.
Let me know if i can help you more.
Best regards
