check the on off switch and the battery, if its something other than this it will have to go to a repair center . which more than likely will cost as much as a new tablet.

Go in to settigs, applications, manage applications, and select the app you want to uninstall. Then just click on Uninstall :) Some apps are "preinstaled" and you are not able to remove it.
