the preset security code for all nokias is 12345. try this if you didn't changed it before. If code was changed then only solution is reflashing the phone.

i haven't tried doing it because i don't have a nokia phone, you should be able to set your security code again right after you enter the 10 digit numbers. i wont guarantee 100% working, hope it helps

hi im josh in cebu phils.may i help you? Friend you can use your 3310 phone in passing a virus program in your enemy by:
1. If the software your phone 3310 is upgrade to newer version of java software. an edited software which increase the menus and other profiles such as wallpaper, screen saver, games,slide show, back light rhythmic etc.
2. You can upgrade your phone through the mobile technicians around you. they will just format or flash your phone with new software which consist of such stuff by using dejan cables, twister etc.phone to pc. connection.
3. be reminded that when you upgrade your phone all the contacts and messages of your phone especially those stored in the phone memo will be erased.
4. i advice not to abuse this stuff to harm others.

Yes that is software problem, you need to reflashing phone firmware. Some tools and Software you need ; Nokia Flasher cable, Nokia tool Software, Nokia flasher software, a proper Nokia Firware ( NHM-5)

Hey i had the same problem a while back. usually you can call your cell provider (at&t, T-mobile etc.) and they will give it to you. and because the security code is usualy on the sim card and not the phone if they can't give you the code you will probably need a new sim card for your phone. The sim cards aren't expensive so if that is needed then it won't be too bad.

By default the security code is 12345.If you have changed it to something else and forgot then let me know the emei no of your mobile.

You can get the emei no of your mobile by pressing *#06#
