The scanner may have a locking lever that locks the scanner head so you can transport it without damaging the scanner head.

check whether bthe devoloping roller of black colour near the drum is full of toner or not. there is a steel doctor blade at the top of dev.roller. the edge of that roller may blocked with toner solids. clean the doctor blade.

open back cover,remove 4 screws of fuser,standing at the back of printer on your lhs on the fuser there is a lock,pull lock towards right and fuser should come out.

Remove the fusing unit and clean the upper and lower fuser roller.

it is most likely that the fuser actuater arm is not sitting back to the sensor properly. open the back door you will be able to see the fuser, on your right hand side you should be able to see a fliper that sit in between a sensor. try to adjust the fliper flag and see if it works.

if it still continue to give you the same error. try remove the fuser four screw 2 side on each. adjust the flag again and fix it back. it should work and double check for any lose small pices of paper jam in the printer.
