if only vertical or horizontal line across you LCD display
your LCD need to be replaced.

You should be able to install Flash Lite, which should have come preinstalled on your phone, however, the full Adobe Flash Mobile version is not supported by your phone.

Hi this is a very common problem with all flip and slide cameras,phones and even laptops and notebooks, the problem is to do with the data ribbon that connects the screen to the circuit board in the bottom of the phone.
now inside this ribbon are several single strand copper wires and over time open and closing the phone causes these to break and you then lose the connection with the screen.

as this is such a common fault it makes the part itself cheap to buy and cheap to get fitted. it isnt something you can do your self as you need specialist tools to take the phone apart and to fit the data ribbon.

if you want it repaired the cheapest place would be one of those small independent phone shops as the bigger one will have to send it off and you will be charged extra for this, the smaller phone shop should be able to fix it whilst you wait or the next day at the latest.

its up to you if you think the phone is worth getting fixed then it wont cost much to get done.

You need to contact your cell phones service provider, we can't supply a pin you inputed.

go to settings -> master reset -> reset all
it will erase all data except contacts and msgs

to format mamory card go to file manager and then go to memory stick section
go to more menu
go to memory status
select memory stick
select more menu
select format M.S.

you can delete msgs manually by going to inbox and selecting delete all msgs from more menu.

You use the same method. If you have Bluetooth on your PC, you can use this but you may have to select to receive a file on the computers Bluetooth software or you can use the data lead that came with the phone.

If you plug the data lead in, you will be asked what kind of connection you are wanting. You select "Data Transfer" and it will mount your phone as an external hard drive. In fact you may even have two external drives as one is the phone memory and the other is the memory stick that is in the top of the phone. This memory stick if present is where the video's will reside.

The only other problem you may have is the video encoding. You may need to download some codec to allow your PC to play the video. I cannot remember which the W850i uses but just search on Google for the file extension (Video1.3gp as an example means the extension is .3gp).

RUN this and follow the istructions, then connect your phone once the SW is loaded in your PC. Then you can drag and drop the the folder called Camera Album to your PC. Thats it....

its a problem with your phone's microphone. you will have to take it to a service point for replacement or repair

In all seriousness, some cell phones just tend to be more problematic than others. Rarely does repairing them help - just chasing good money after bad.

i think this caused by your screen or flexible was damaged, change it and it will work
