Kyocera Switchback KX21 Cellular Phone Questions & Answers
How do i get my cell phone back working after its
Yer probably screwed.. My Switchback still works today after 5 years, but because the screen cracked, I rushed out to get the "Wildcard"(the SWITCHBACK 2) and that cell lasted only 8 months. It's final day in use, I got the "nested" statement which only appears for a SPLIT second as one attempts to power up. SOLUTION: Call live VM advisor from landline; tell them what happened. Also, kyocera has a number supplied w/your manual. Ask for tech support. If the cell is over 3 months old, and techs don't help, buy another Switchback. great cell overall! A solid phone and you can beat a Hummer to pulp with one!!

My phone says crash dump analyzer and nested crash
Hi,
Kyocera is one of the worst companies you can buy. No offense Kyocera. The Crash dump usually happens on UT STARCOMSS and the crowd lovable k132 when you do more than two thigns at once.
You have replace the phone or give it to kyocera for service..
They perform phone upgrade

Unlocking security code
I need the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. Type this code in your phone to get it: *#06# you can also find it beneath the battery.
Then I’ll give you the Master code to reset your Security code.

My kyocera echo dual screen m9300 phone wont turn on
1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength. 2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery. 3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover. 4.Remove the battery. 5.Wait 10 seconds. 6.Press and hold the W key. 7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery. •The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.StepThanks
