Hi, service problem can occur due do some reasons..
most times,it usually, dropping the cell phone on the flow,or hitting some where...

Also it can be from inside the phone board.. There is an antenna located inside the cell phone,that some times might cause network or service problem for the phone.

If no idea on how to check the antenna in the cell phone,please contact tha nearest repair store for you to check it out for you...

You can replace the internal antenna just in case..

Can't really analyze about the phone because don't really know what happened to it..

Before attempting any repair, make sure you confirm from a friend that uses the same cell phone to be sure if it's not a general problem.. before tampering the cellphone..

I am also in need of a key sequence to enable the bluetooth on my SCP-7050. My ribbon is damaged, and screen is also white. I need to extract important work numbers to my new phone via blue tooth. Any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thank You!

hi ripawiuk you go to the bluetooth settings on the phone. next you put the phone in discovery mode. you also have to put the bluetoooth in dtscovery mode.the security code is 0000. you will need to scan for devices. In this case where your screen display won't show up then it is time for you to make a troubleshooting and it involves hardware checking specially to the phone LCD screen. In general, your phone LCD display is faulty and maybe it needs a replacement if it cannot be spare. You can take it to a phone service center if you want to but if you want to do it own your own then you need some tools. You need a T9 screw driver to open your phone and it is more complicated than you thought so it is best to take it a service center. They will be the one who find replacement if they your phone LCD is defective.

The problem with the phone is that the flex is bad. The flex is the ribbon that supports the flipping of the phone.

Once you have the flex fixed, the phone will be okay once again.
