the new pin code means you should enter any pin code of your choice.

Any pin code you enter at this point will be what your phone will recognize.

So you have to forge a pin code that you can easily remember. If possible write the pin code out in your dairy so that you can fall back to it in case you forget the pin code.

In summary, the new pin your phone is asking of is telling you to forge a pin code.

suspect phone profile is set to outdoor go into settings - profile and try changing the profile setting to general if it is set on outdoor As I do not know what the profile is currently set up as change it whatever the profile has been set to into a different profile setting and see if it helps problem .

Sounds like your display has developed a failure. It's cheaper to buy a new one verses repair it.

That sound to me as if that set needs to go to the manufacturer for a warranty claim as the set is brand new and can have a manufacturing fault DO NOT INTERFERE WITH ANYTHING AS IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

U have succeeded in trashing the phone when your customizing session was interrupted by power failure. You have a nice brick to live with now that you have corrupted the software.

Hello Debra, from what you,ve just said it appears your phone is in "Safe mode". And once that happens, you"ll be unable to use apps on the phone. So here's a quick tip to what you can do(if you can) or otherwise give a technician.

First: check the down volume button to see if it's constantly pressed down on its own. Cos that's where the problem starts. If it's not then move to step two. If it is, then guess it's not what you can do. You"ll have to give a technician in a repair centre to have the button changed/replaced.

Secondly: remove the battery, and try to fiddle i.e keep pressing the up and down volume buttons for few seconds before putting back the battery and power on. If same issue occurs then am afraid you'll have to take to a repair centre.

Drop your result afterwards.

you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the mobile for you.

the card maybe corrupted so try a new memory card. and see if that helps if it still freezes then have the phone exchanged.

there is a battery problem.. if the battery working properly.. then there is problem in the battery connecter ...go to the customer care.. there is some hardware problem

1. Not all phones are compatibile each other
2. Keep the screen always clear when transfer
3. Some files may be coruped .
4. Some songs have copyright protection
5. Change the name of the device (Bluetooth Name)
I know that connection to other phones is slow... I saw that 2. If none of that does't help you, contact your provider.

you really cant persay. believe me i've tried. the only thing to do is click on forward message and type in email address and it will send to your email.

tap the forgot pattern and if any password is required give your backup password and unlock it.. then go to the security setting and security from pattern to swipe
