Hi plz confirm that you are doing it from here and also that you are activating the same profile in which you are changing the ringtone and plz select one of the default ringtone like one of Lg's own ringtone from phone memory profiles - general - personalise - ring tones. And then you can set the volume to max as well i hope it will fix the problem

1-Do your research. There are many programs available that you can use to sync your LG cell phone and your PC. Go to your favorite search engine on the Web for more information.

2-Choose between the paid syncing devices or the data syncing software. Paid syncing devices require payment before you can use the data syncing service. If you use data syncing software you only need to download it. Whatever you decide, you will need to find a device or software that is compatible with the LG cell phone.

3-Make sure that you have a data cable that is compatible with the LG cell phone. The data cable is required to connect your LG cell phone to your PC. Visit the store where you purchased your LG cell phone or visit an online store such as Cell Phone Shop to find a data cable.

4-Connect your LG cell phone to your PC using the data cable. Follow the instructions that come with the data cable for proper connection.

5-Find the "PC sync menu" from the "Utilities" menu on your LG cell phone. This program allows you to synchronize the "PIM" or Personal Information Management between your computer and your LG cell phone, using a data cable.

6-Press "Ok" in the "PC sync" menu to begin exchanging data. Once you press "Ok "in the PC sync menu the selected data from your LG cell phone will be synchronized with your PC. Wait for the data to completely transfer before disconnecting your LG cell phone.

The volume control of the KE970 is in the form of two buttons on the right side of the case. These are rather poorly placed and are hard to reach in a call when you need to knock the volume up or down a notch.

If you have internet on your mobile and want to use on your PC first download PC Suite from LG Mobile site and install on your PC. Open Internet Kit from PC Suite and follow the instructions, get all the information from your mobile operator about internet connection and input them upon request trough setup internet connection. In you mobile, setup connection to "USB Modem" and will be possible to use your mobile internet on your PC.

To get the PUK code for the LG Shine, you need to call 1-800-331-0500 which is customer support. Tell them you have a lg shine and need the puk code. They will ask your phone number with area code, the last 4 digits of the ss# on that account.

They will supplie the code to you and your phone will be free. If you enter in the wrong code too many times, You'll end up having to buy a New SIM Card!

slide it up the button in the top right on the keyboard, looks like a phone with a circle under it with a line through it. Hold that button down

take the back of the phone off, the battery is nearly impossible to pry out til you get practice but use the rounded corner of the metal back that you took off and put it in the little space on the top of the battery and wedge it in and pry up. keep trying, it will get easier lol

possible solution remove its simcard, memory card and battery. Change its battery and try to turn it on. if problem continues no other solution but to bring it to a cellphone technician.

most lg phones will allow you to use bluetooth to send contacts. just go into contacts and there should be a settings button that has a send option in it. It should then say send via bluetooth, you choose that, and then select the contacts you want to send. From there it will ask you to turn on enable bluetooth from your phone and at that time you should also enable the bluetooth on the iphone and put it into discovery or "find me" mode. the lg will then need to search for the device. Once the iphone is found you must connect and choose a (usually) 4 digit pass code. It doesnt matter what this code is as long as you put the same one in when asked by the iphone. If this does not work or you want an easier way to do things you should just be able to go into an at & t store and they have machines that will do it for you( along with pictures and videos)

Water is the phones biggest enemy. Usually what works is after it gets water contact. As stupid as this sounds. Put it in a tub of dry white rice for a couple days. Rice will soak up any moisture. Then it should work.

If it doesn't then the phone is probably damaged

Try connecting your headset again and then disconnect it after a few seconds. I think there's just an issue on the headset outlet.

I used to connect to the net via PC using my LG GX 300 as modem.
But, suddenly it stopped working one day. Says error 777 on the PC (windows XP). Modem is out of order. And also LG PC suite cannot run. Why? How can i solve this?
