check if the 2 sensors behind the printhead are in the same vertical position (uper sensor -black plastic bit with screw) (bottom sensor - smal gray case with small wires), run sensor profile, and rum manual calibration.
check if ribbon is setup out from this sensors.

How do you chnge a platen roller on a zebra 220xi
you have to open the left side door, louse the screw from the motor (botom one), take the belt, from the poly, lose both screws from the poly. Take the poly out. take the ring and the small poly out from the platen.
from the side of the printhead, take the Peel Tear Bar- front plate (take une screw from each side )
from the rigth site take the washer and the small polly.

Zebra 140 head cold
you need to run some labels to warm up the printhead. its not a problem, its just a warning. you can disable fthis warning from the setings.
I have a Zebra 330i that says it's out of paper
The printer on the foto is a label printer (xi series)
The 330i (P330i) is a card printer (out of paper?!?) send the command !SA to calibrate the ribbond and the CADS.
If is like the foto. run sensor profile, check if see the gaps, if not, check fisicly the two sensors behind the printhead if they are on the same position, They need to mach.
Run manual calibration.
Hope help you.
Printer says paper out
possible fault with the optocoupler detector-IR sensor- that detects the paper.
this is present aat the point of intake .This can also be dirty and is not detecting. so clean and check this out
My Zebra TLP 2844 printer
After calibration and printing the config, the printer will stay in Dump until you press the feed key again.
Hope that helps !
