i have a different type of mp3 but im suggesting that it might be the 4th one. mine has "date and time", "display", "powersaving", "language", and then "advanced"or you could try using google translate. depending on which dialect it is.or just try to find an option that comes up with many other pages of options.

I think i have a solution to your the power not coming on with a charged battery. On the back at the very bottom is a reset button (very tiny), get a saftey pin or tooth pick and press and release. I did this and now i am not hunting down Samsung....Have good day! WhupAzz

My Mp4 player will not start. When I turn it on an hour glass just pops up. I loaded music on to it no problem and it worked fine.
