My washer has stopped filling. I have checked all
there are only 4 total reasons for this fault 1 your water has been turned of. 2 the lid switch is faulty 3 the most common the water inlet valve is burnt out 4 there is no power signal getting to the water inlet valve try putting the cold water hose onto the hot water inlet switch the washer to hot wash see if the water comes through

I have a Commercial Series
Replace the "water inlet valve" on your machine. If you could post your model number I can point you to the part you need.

The spinning cycle gets rid of all the water but
I here this complaint often and I find transmission slippage to be often the problem. It needs to get into the "high speed" spin. Tilt the machine against the wall, while holding the inner basket stationary with one hand, rotate the pulley counter clockwise and see if you have slippage. If you do, repeat the same procedure again without holding the basket and look to see if the brake is disengaging. If the brake is not disengaging then replace the thrust bearing assembly. If it is disengaging, then your likely cause is the tranny. Hope this helps,

Maytag Centennial will not spin
Hi
If the washer is not draining then it is due to a clogged drain pump or a drain filter or a kinked drain hose. To resolve the issue you'll need to clean the drain hose, inspect if the drain hose is plugged. If the hose is fine, then remove the front kick panel and access the drain pump and filter, if you are unable to find the pump and filter remove the back panel as well and trace the drain hose to the bottom of the tub. There is a drain filter connected with the drain pump. It usually gets clogged, and needs to be cleaned every 6-8 months or so. The drain filter is a small white filter connected to drain pump with a hose. If it still doesn't work then you'll need to check the connections of the drain pump, check the electrical connections with a multimeter. If it still doesn't work then you would need to replace the drain pump. Hope this helps... If it does please do not forget to accept the solution or post back for assistance.

Gets out balance almost all the time
check in tub, plastic ring at top, not the bright white top one but the off-white one underneath. gap between rings should be even all way around. push down on it, if it seems to click into place then it has come unhooked, rubbed against the upper ring, worn a hole in itself and filled with water. Do you get little granules of plastic in the clothes? Machine will not balance like that even empty. Replace the ring (pain in the...)

I just purchased a Maytag Centennial washer ..it
There may be a water level/pressure switch that will accommodate your washer. However, if you install it, I am certain that during the normal warranty period, if you need service, the manufacturer will probably void your warranty if they notice the alteration!
Contact an appliance service company.

Washer is 8 months old. Three bad pumps
I would call Maytag directly and ask them to replace this washer for you or have them provide FREE to you, at least a lifetime warranty on the pump and a five year warranty on the rest of the washer parts. Sounds like you got a lemon unless you wash lots of rugs or have a hair salon. If this is the case, you won't be able to get a new warranty, but if it is NOT the case, I'd take this all the way to the head of Maytag and they should make this right for you. I hope this turns out well for you, I'd like to know the outcome. The best of luck to you!

The cycle stops after agitating for about 10
Does it click when closing the lid ? Sometimes , the lid switch arm , will work inserting something into it , but not with the lid closed . Try checking it using the lid itself . Occasionally , the arm wears to where it has to be pushed farther down to work so the actuator on the lid cannot push it far enough down . Have to replace the lid switch for it to work properly or bypass the lid switch from under the console .

Washer hose too short!
Be sure its not your drain pipe. Incorrect installation should be covered by the installer, but warranty companies are covering install failures for 30 days....contact the installer and place a damage report. Take pictures of the damage....also call the manufacturer, inform them of the problem they will want a technician to take a look at the unit...again will cover install failue for 1st 30days(at no charge to you) so the service company should not charge you anything. Drain hoses are usually a standard 3 feet long i believe. I'm not aware of any factory extension kit. but if you go to a hardware store and by some rubber tubing large enough to fit your drain hose and go to the drain, secured with a hose clamp at the hose and a ziptie at the drain, that should work fine.

Maytag MVW7232HW0 top load, error codes and condensation on control panel when using hot watet
1. ERROR CODES: CHECK THE USER MANUAL FOR THE WASHER TO IDENTIFY THE SPECIFIC ERROR CODES BEING DISPLAYED. THIS WILL HELP YOU PINPOINT THE ISSUE AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION, SUCH AS RESETING THE WASHER OR CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
2. CONDENSATION ON CONTROL PANEL: IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCING CONDENSATION ON THE CONTROL PANEL, IT COULD BE DUE TO THE HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OR THE HUMIDITY LEVEL IN THE ROOM. TRY USING WARM WATER INSTEAD OF HOT WATER TO SEE IF THAT REDUCES THE CONDENSATION. YOU CAN ALSO TRY INCREASING VENTILATION IN THE ROOM TO HELP DISPERSE THE MOISTURE.
