32" phillips tv turn self
If you go to this website, http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?ctn=32PFL5332D/37&slg=en&scy=US
You will see firmware information on the right hand side of the screen. Please open and read the Firmware Upgrade Read Me file. These contain instructions and the update history of this model TV. Underneath the Read me file you will find the download link. You must follow the instructions in the read me file or you risk damaging your unit further.
This is from the read me:
The set is switched OFF/shut down by itself after a few hours turning ON.
The newest upgrade should fix all your issues.
Hope that helps!

You may have to reset the TV.
I am unsure if this reset procedure work on the model that you have.
press the numbers 0,6,2,5,9,6 then menu then the 3 digit number found on the sticker on the TV. IT could be placed at the side or at the back.
If that does not work you, try to unplug the TV overnight.

Can't get an analog signal
There are no broadcasters that broadcast analog, as the Government eliminated it. Analog is a large waste of resources. You would need a digital converter box to generate an analog signal, but your TV should be able to receive a digital signal.
