Hi Neil
Assuming the power supply is in good order!
I am not familiar with your particular model!
The power supply is either shutting down from too much current draw or it's sensing a fault.
Can the power supply be isolated? Does it work without a load?
This will depend on your connection points.
Power supplies them selves are the cause of most failures in modern TV's as they handle the AC & the load & the temperature etc. Check for puffer up Electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board. Caution... you can get a nasty kick of the AC side.
An Example
How to Replace an Electrolytic Capacitor
hello,,,open the back cover of your tv check the power supply section .to identify the power supply section ,it is the pcboard where the ac main supply is connected..there is a connector there that is connected to tha cpu board....resolder the terminal of the connector and tighten the connectors same to the other end..2nd the supply of the inverter board..resolder the terminals and tighten the connectors...the inverter board is the board where the backlights are connected .power supply of the backlights...be carefull it is a high voltage section..its input voltage is from 12vdc - 24 vdc.output is 300 up vac...back light is the bulbs that illuminates the screen of the tv...when it is busted your screen will appear black..
The location of the reset button on the Logik LPV 09 HP would likely be in the owner's manual or on the company's website. It is also possible that the device does not have a physical reset button and can be reset through software or by unplugging the device for a certain amount of time. If you cannot find the information in the manual or on the website, you should contact the manufacturer for assistance. if i was able to help my cashapp $ralphpapi thank you have a blessing day
This is most likely related to the wrong drivers or missing codecs for video playback. You did not post the type of computer or the operating system information though

faults & possible causes to LCD screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent. Search the site by type in the brand name of your set, in its search bar at the right side column, and press enter.
All HP iq77x all-in-one PCs suffer from the same problem of a faulty motherboard. This is primarily a soldering issue on the graphics chip, which develops cracks in the solder balls. The PCs contained a separate graphics card, which goes faulty first. This can be removed and the display connector can be moved on the motherboard to use the on-board graphics. This will eventually show the same issue. A short term fix was to heat the graphics chip with a hot air gun or other means (plenty of suggestions can be found on-line) which sometimes works for a few weeks at most. The only 'permanent' fix is to have the chip professionally removed and re-soldered; an expensive option.
If you are lucky, your PC is still wired to use the add-on graphics card, in which case you might be able to remove this and rewire for the motherboard graphics.
Sounds like The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; [Exclude the model number], in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts. See the site by a desktop. Mobile view has no search box. If you are viewing it by your mobile, see it in webview./
The first thing to do is go into the device manager and delete the drivers for the display and let windows reinstall them. It may be a bad or out of date driver. So when you restart the computer it will put the driver back. Since you did not post the operating system, there is not a lot more I can tell you. If this does not help, you can try an external monitor to see if the problem is present there. If it is then it may be a display chipset issue.
If those bars are vertical are going up and down and not horizontal that means the lower circuit board that connect to the plasma panel are bad most likely this is an LG TV but this is not something that can be fixed you can take it apart while at least an hour after it's unplugged before you can touch ID cards along the long circuit board see if there's any connection connection connection that you can disconnect and reconnect and very carefully clean up possibly this could be the problem but usually when you have that type of line which is a vertical line you have a bad panel and that's not good and I'm betting this is an LG TV
you mean tv turns off ? if so probably power suppy. ebay your model number and you will see board price. youtube model number and there maybe instructional to help you replace diy
