Motorola q9m shuts down
maybe a phone issue but you can always try to reset the phone to see if that helps, ( power phone off, hold center button, power phone on keep holding center button until master reset screen comes on) , or most carriers like verizon and alltel i know have an update you can download and install from motorola.com ( click on support and then software downloads) may ask for purchase date cust put in a recent date and download is free. both reset and update will erase alll info off phone so back up first before you do them

Reset
well for the reset to work the phone has to fully charged or atleast 75% charged. 1. pull battery out. 2. press and hold center navigation button. 3. put battery back in. 4. press and hold power key( red end key) until keyboard or screen lights up then let go of power key. 5. continue to press center key until a black screen with green lettering comes up that says master reset.

Screen freezing on my moto q9h
You'll have to remove the battery. I had this similar problem with my Moto q9c. I ended up replacing the battery and haven't had the problem since.

Nothing appears in my menu
Take the battery out of the phone with the power on and turn it back on, see if that fixes it. :) Make sure you have a memory card with your Q those phones require a memory card at least 2 G

What do the symbols mean?
It means your phone is not charging, you need to get a replacement as soon as possible. There is something wrong with the charge port. call your phone company they can get a replacement sent out to you., or take it to a technician

Alert that storage is running low
you need to go to the file manager and find the large files that are taking all the space or you could get a sd card and transfer the large files to it and you would have no problems

Frozen screen
sounds like liquid damage
you can try to clean it internally, or wipe the charging port with a toothbrush and denatured alcohol.
Good luck!

Black lines appeared on the screen
im sorry but it seems thats the screen had a dead pixel from when you bought it, the dead pixel has then since killed off the surounding pixels and they in turn have done the same. this sometimes forms a line but in some more unfortunate cases the screen can lose visual on both x and y axis's.
unfortuantly your manufaturers warrenty will not cover dead pixels as they are so common and there is a torrerance for them without doing harm, but some times dead pixels can spread.
hope this helps.

My phone randomly shut off and now will not turn back on...
Well, I'm guessing there's a circuit board problem. One of the Capacitors, or other wires got loose, and now it won't turn on. Don't try to turn it on anymore. You could send electricity through the wire and fry the circuit board (when this happens there will be a certain distinctive smell- the smell of hot solder- this means he phone's life gone. Now, I recommend you take it to the store and tell them to check the wires in the phone to make sure it isn't loose. If there is a loose wire, they'll fix it. Hope this Helped-
