Samsung YP-U3 driver
REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes yes yes yes!!!!!!!!
I solved the problem after i was really crazy of anger with samsung company, but i found this solution in one forum.Thank you
very much, anonymous Guest!!!!!
Hi All,
I just solved the problem after many attempts!
It works for me, and i hope it works for you too~First install media player 10!
When I plug in my YP-U3 player, the computer says it needs to search for a driver, then i let it search it online. But it normally
won't search the driver on the internet. Then, it will give a prompt to ask if you want to find a solution or search the driver from
the PC. Choose the second option, searching from the PC. Then change the directory to C: (Which is the most crucial part).
After a while, the driver should be found and a warning message will appear. Forget about the warning, choose install the
hardware anyway, player should be recognized by then.
(I have had windows media player 11(10 also works), direct X 9...etc. before installing the driver)
Hi, My Samsung YP-U3 has
Have you tried booting into safe mode and seeing if the problem persists? If it can be detected in safe mode, then there is a possibility your USB drivers are corrupted, and will need a re-install. To do this, remove all USB devices from ports, disable USB in your Start/Settings/Control panel/System, and reboot. Windows will then detect them at boot, and install the drivers needed to get them back up and running again.
Hope that helped.

Player is not recognized by any computers
Try downloading the software and/or drivers for it before connecting it to your pc. If you no longer have the disk that came with it - go to the manufacturers website and download them there. Don't connect it to your pc until the software is installed. The computer won't recognize it until the software and/or drivers are installed.

How to Add Songs on Samsung YP-U3 MP3 Players
The Samsung YP-U3 is an MP3 player that comes in various colors. This device has a built-in USB plug, so it's not necessary to have a cable to transfer songs from your computer. To transfer songs to your device, you will need to use a PC. If you don't have the Samsung Media Center installation disc, you can download the software from the Samsung website.
Instructions
Install the Samsung Media Center if you have not done so. This is the software used to transfer songs to the YU-P3. The installation disc comes with the device. Simply insert it and follow the on-screen prompts.
Insect the bottom end of your device. You'll see a hidden USB plug on the end. Push it outward to extend it. Plug the device into your computer's USB port. This is usually on the front of the tower. The Samsung Media Center will automatically start after a few seconds.
Locate the file you want to transfer to the device. The Media Center's screen will display the MP3 (and other audio) files currently on your computer. When you find a file you want to add, click on it.
Click on the "Right Arrow" button. This transfers the song to the device. Repeat to transfer more songs, if desired.
Right click on the green USB icon on the right-side of your taskbar. Select "Safely Remove." Unplug your Samsung YP-U3 when prompted.
Hope it helped..
Have a nice day...
