I can't seem to transfer songs into my player. help?
I had the same problem on my pc, i went to try it on my cousins pc at his house (which is a better, more modern pc) and it worked perfectly.
The portable tab is supposed to be clickable to enable you to transfer music.
Why won`t my mp3 take itself off hold?
Power & Hold switch
Slide and hold in the opposite direction
of the arrow for power on/off.
Slide in the direction of the arrow to
lock the button functions.
If that fails,
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
I just bought it today
Check the files that say "non-supported format" by right-clicking one and going to "properties". Click the "license," "digital rights mgmt," or "media usage rights" tab (wording varies by configuration). See if the license is expired or says, does not support transfer to device. Make sure your music svc sub is up-to-date. If so, convert them all to mp3 format - problem solved.
Another poster said that they got same error with 128 kbps bit rate.

Very poor sound
Try different headphone set. i am trusting that you double-checked those sound settings. If problem persists, then it is an internal probelm - will require replacement. Sry.
What do i do??

T10 vs Mac
There is no way to switch between the two without re-formatting - sorry. This will make it very hard to keep files in there permanently. It's not worth the aggravation, probably. This device is not specifically MAC compatible.

Touch screen
if you didn't do anything to it like drop it in the ground and the touchscreen didn't work anymore, and it just stopped working by it's self, then you should go bak to the place you bught it with your receiept and exchange it (they have a 1 year warranty).
