Replaced element, oven is still not heating

You may still have a bad Electronic Range Control (ERC). This is your timer that you mentioned. The oven is controlled by the ERC. There is a separate circuit for the BROIL and BAKE functions. Does the BROIL element still work? Or, are both elements not working? You may want to double check all your connections from the element to the control board as well. Sometimes the wire lugs can oxidize and not make good contact. Check the ERC to see if there any obvious signs of failure. Burned components are common. These boards are considered "non-serviceable" and usually requires replacing. You can attempt component-level troubleshooting if you are savvy with electronics. There's usually a basic block diagram that comes with your appliance mounted somewhere inside the operator console or on the back panel of the range.

The ERC for your range would cost in the neighborhood of about $100 - $140 to replace. Prices will vary between model versions and will also depend on where you get it. It is a very simple repair job if you wish to pursue this yourself. I can give you step-by-step instructions if you need further assistance. I hope this helps you.

PS The reason all your surface elements still work is because they are controlled by infinite switches behind the control knobs. There is a separate switch for EACH burner.

I'm getting an F9 error, how do i reset it

The F9 code indicates there is a problem with the door lock.

Try disconnecting the power to the range for 10 seconds and reconnecting. Open the oven door and hold the door switch plunger in while you try these things. Put the control into clean for 5 minutes then cancel clean. You must hold the door switch plunger in for the 5 minutes.

Try canceling the clean cycle without putting the control into clean.

How to replace EOC?

Good Afternoon Friend, I understand you want to know how to replace the EOC in your Frigidaire range, model# FEF352. Typically, this is not a do it yourself job, as there are no step by step instruction manuals. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. Getting F10 on oven

Good Morning Kathy, this is Z. Thank you for allowing me to assist you! If you are receiving an error code F10, it typically indicates that your Frigidaire range (FEF352) has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). Let's try reprogramming your range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually clears most false error codes. I suggest waiting approximately ten minutes and then turn on your range. If the error code does not clear, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) will need replacing. Hopes this help!

Oven won't shut off

Good Afternoon J, this is Z. I'm happy to assist you! If you are getting an error code F2, it usually means that your range is experiencing a communication failure between the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) and ESEC (Electronic Surface Element Control) system. I would recommend, however, running a quick test to ensure that this is not a false error code. You do this by resetting your oven by flipping the breaker or unplugging it for approximately ten minutes. If resetting your range does not correct the issue, please reach out to an expert technician to ensure the appropriate replacement part is ordered and is installed correctly to prevent future issues. I hope this information helps to some degree - thanks for your question, and please do not hesitate to reconnect.

Oven won't bake

Sounds like a connection issue to the control panel and the lower portion of the unit. Contact a professional to have the unit diagnosed unless you find the ohm reading to be off for either broil or bake element.

FRIGIDAIRE OVEN BEEPING ERROR F 31 MESSAGE

Hello parmantal - Typically error code F31 indicates that the unit has a shorted probe connection problem. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and this will usually clear most false codes. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately. The technician will need to check the resistance and/or harness between the EOC and probe connector. Depending on the diagnoses part(s) will need replacing.

Frigidaire crown series electric stove just delivered.

Hello - I would first suggest confirming that the range is plug to the proper voltage (120/240 Volts 40/50 Amp). Was there anything located behind the range before pushing it back? From what you have described it sounds like the control board will need diagnosing. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.

My stove says error 3

Hi - Typically error code F3 indicates a faulty sensor probe or wiring harness between sensor probe and EOC. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the circuit breaker off for two minutes (this usually will clear most false error codes). Turn on the range and if resetting the unit proves to be ineffective, I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
