the lens won't retract and it keeps saying lens error 126,1,0,-9
I wiggled the lens a bit and it clicked and then the camera started working again. The lens is a little wobbly now, but it works fine.

c813 kodax camera lens error 20e,1,0,0 - can i fix it or should i buy another camera
This is probably THE most common failure among digital cameras. There's a halfway chance of fixing it yourself, described here: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html

How do you turn the flash off on a kodak easy share c813
Press the flash button (marked with a lightning bolt symbol, next to the on/off button) repeatedly to cycle through the different flash modes. The four available modes are Auto (lightning bolt and letter "A"), which flashes when needed; Fill (lightning bolt), which always flashes to fill in shadows, Redeye (eye), which flashes once to dilate the subject's pupils then flashes again to take the picture, and Off (lightning bolt in a circle with a slash through it), which never flashes.

driver for windows 7 for Kodak easyshare c813
You may download Kodak software here.
You don't really need a driver. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
