Firstly go to Menu and select the appropriate files of pics that you want transferred. Then from the menu select Move. Then specify where you want them moved, ie, the memory card. And the files would be transferred to the memory card and removed from the camera memory. Also, you must set the camera such that in future it stores all pics to the memory card itself.
Driver for dsc-s730
Any Software or Driver is not required to transfer the data from the Cyber-shot Camera to a Computer. Just connect it to the Computer using a USB Cable, Computer will automatically detect the Camera. After that, you can simply Copy and Paste the data from the Camera to the Computer. (the Camera will be listed in the "My Computer" or "Computer" window).
However, you can download the supplied Picture Motion browser Software from the link given below.

My camera
Your problem may be due to weak/worn out batteries
or corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera
which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the
camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the
batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with
a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush,
steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen
into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of
the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears
the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, your
batteries may need to be replaced, or the camera may have
a problem that requires professional repair.
If this response helped, please take a moment to post a rating for me. A "Very Helpful" would be greatly appreciated.

I have sony dsc s730 show low bettry evey time
Hello. Try this. Remove the batteries and use the eraser end of a pencil to clean each of the contacts. Also clean the contacts on the batteries. Use a cotton swab to remove any debris. Then reinstall the batteries and take a few pictures. If you still have the problem take the camera and the charger to the camera store and ask them to check the charger for you. Good luck.

Flash does not work
Please note that:
1. You can not use the Flash when the Camera is set
to Burst or Multi Burst mode.
2. You can not use the Flash when the ISO
or Twilight mode is selected in the Scene Selection.
3. You can not use
the Flash when mode dial is set to Movie.
Also try these steps and check:
4. Ensure that the battery is
fully charged and the flash is turned ON.
Please set the Landscape mode
or Snow mode or Beach mode in the Scene Selection and check if the
flash is working.
5. Try initializing the Camera and check if it works
normally.
NOTE: Initializing
the Camera will reset the settings of the Camera to the factory
settings including date and time. It will not delete any data saved in
the Camera.
6. Please press the Menu button on the Camera. Then, select
the SETUP menu and select the SETUP 1 option of the Camera. Then,
select the Initialize option to OK.
7.
Try to power reset the Camera and check if it helps to resolve the
issue. I suggest that you reset the Camera by removing the battery from
the Camera and inserting it after 1 minute.
8. If the issue still
persists then the Camera requires service.
Good Luck!!!!!!!
