seven blinks on this model is the SC board. it will need a new SC board and the software update for the new board. usually only authorized servicers have the software need to do the upgrade. but if you were to contact panasonic then they might be able to have it fixed for you for free since this was a defect in manufacturing. of course this depends on how long you have had the tv.

Tries tv unplug,replug it back like about an hour later.By letting the tv resetting itself back to the factory setting.Now tv should be working again.If still have the same problems,mean ur tv power supply board is the causes and the problems.That the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

The TV boards have got affected for sure. Might require attention by a qualified service technician.

There is a relay that latches a few seconds after each switch ON. It is normal, that the sound of the relay come out from the TV. If there is any fault either to main power regulator board, or with other boards which get feed from this power board has any shorted component/s, this relay won't latch up. in protective mode the tv does not turn on and light is blinking, typically we must proceed by elimination as some faulty sections are preventing the tv to switch on. unplug the output power connectors from the power supply until the latter stop clicking. if it is still clicking after every of the output rail have been disconnected, then the power supply itself is faulty.

but anyway 3 circuit boards seems a lot to be replaced in a row.

Replace D board, if you still have problems , then you probably looking at a bad Y-board.

Try to check the power supply if there is a bulge up to the top of the capacitor or a wet mark at the bottom of the capacitor try to replace them but be sure to remember the proper position of the capacitor it has a polarity.
