The washer will go through all of the cycle ,
Good Afternoon Patricia, thank you for allowing me to assist
you!
Often when a washer does not shut off, it is because it is
either experiencing a communication error with the control board or the unit
has a faulty timer. Before replacing parts, I would first recommend resetting
power to the unit for about 30 seconds. If the issue persists, it is advisable
to contact an appliance repair tech to accurately diagnose and make the
appropriate repairs.

Front load washer, try to spin, but stops
Make sure that you don't over load the washer. As it starts to spin back and forth it is sensing the load balance as the clothes fall back and forth. If it doesn't sense a balanced load because the clothes can't fall back and forth it will not start the wash process. Refuse your load and try again.

Leaking at front door
Good Morning Donna, I am happy to assist you!
Often when a washer is leaking through the front of the door
is due either to a damage tub or a poor door sealed. Therefore, as the tub
spins, the centrifugal force is driving the water up the sides of the tub to
the front of the door. At this point, I would recommend having a service
technician to diagnose the problem before investing in unnecessary parts.
Best regards!

I have a Frigidaire affinity washer error code
Good Morning Neil, thank you for your post!
Typically, error code E11 indicates that the water fill time
is too long. This could be due to a faulty valve, clogged valve filters, kinked
inlet hoses, or low water pressure supplied to unit. Also, if the drain hose is
installed too deep into the house drain pipe the water may syphon as it fills. At this point, I would recommend having a service
technician to diagnose the problem before investing in unnecessary parts.

Possible that the starter is dirty not working. You can find this on the side of the compressor unit. Remove the mains power and check the wiring to the fridge, check the circuit as normally shown on the backside of the fridge. You can find the circuit breaker/starter, remove and clean

Error 41 on Frigidaire Affinity Washer?
Hi Ricky, I am happy to assist you!
If you are receiving an error code E41, your loading door
may be ajar. Double-check to ensure that it is closed. If it is secure, reset
the power to your appliance for about 30 seconds. You can do this by unplugging
the unit or flipping your circuit breaker into the off position. If the error
persists, it could either be the door switch assembly or your unit's main
control board. In that case, a certified technician would generally replace the
faulty part after proper diagnosis.

Frigidaire washing machine model ATF6700FS2. Had
Hello Kerri, thank you for your inquiry!
First, if the bellows is not centered it is highly
recommended to get that repair. If you are getting an error code E23, it
usually means one of three things: your drain pump relay has failed, a wire may
be disconnected from the pump, or your main control board needs replacing. One
of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the
power to the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for
about 30 seconds. If the error code persists, it would be advisable to contact
an experienced appliance repair tech to assist further.
Best regards!

Error codes, we've cleaned out the filter. Do we
Good Morning Kat, thank you for your question!
First, what error code does your washer displayed?
Meanwhile, one of the best ways to determine if your appliance has a false
error code is to reset the power to the appliance by either unplugging it or
flipping off the breaker. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then
turn on the unit. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post,
at your convenience, to inform me if the error code does not clear so I may
advise you the meaning of the error code and/or possibilities of the issue the
unit could be experiencing. Thank you and best of luck!

WASHER KEEP SHUTTING OFF AND WON'T DO A FULL CYCLE
Hi Tim! Thanks for posting your concerns online. Though it is hard to diagnose the unit without any flashing lights or alpha-numeric error codes being displayed, I would suggest to reset the unit at the power source for no less than five minutes. If the unit still has issues completing a full cycle correctly I would recommend having a professional technician assess the unit. Depending on his/her findings, you may have a faulty control board, wiring harness connection or unit timer.

IF it is turning free when you use the wrench then the problem is the motor is not getting electricity (check the breaker on the bottom near the point you put in the wrench) or the house breaker.

FOUR BOLTS AND RUBBER WASHER ON BACK OF WASHING
Hi Jamie, thank you for your inquiry! It seems like you are
referring to the shipping material. This consists of 4 shipping bolts, 4
spacers, 1 metal "P" clamp, and 2 hose clips.
Yes, according to the
installation manual for the model number posted
above, GLTF2940ES, this material must be removed. I have attached the
Installation Instructions on how to do so. I hope this information helps to
some degree. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to
reconnect.

Fridgedaire wont drain
Hello Paula, thank you for your post. I understand that the
washer is not properly draining the water. The issue may be related to a
clogged drainage hose/pump and needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, the appliance
may possibly be experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly, faulty pump,
timer or control board not communicating correctly. In this case, I would
recommend connecting with an experienced technician to determine the underlying
cause to properly diagnose and repair the unit. Should you need further
assistance you can go to the manufacturer website to find a service provider in
near you. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please feel free
to reconnect!

Error code e58
Hi Grace, thank you for allowing me to assist you. Regrettably, an error code E58 could mean a number of
issues, but primarily that the motor is overheating or a higher-than-usual
motor current caused by other issues. Typically, an experienced technician
would remove the belt to check the motor and motor pulley to ensure all is in
working order first. Their next step would be to check the tub pulley and tub
bearings. Last items they would examine would be the drive motor and speed
control board by ohm measurement. Once the tech has ruled out a number of
possibilities, he or she can pinpoint the exact problem and the necessary part
to fix the issue. Since parts can often be quite costly, I would personally
recommend reaching out to a qualified tech who can accurately diagnose the
issue your unit is experiencing.

Repair manual
Hello William, I highly recommended to fully installed and
connect the washer properly to accurately determine if the unit will spin or
not. Once that is done, and the issue persists, often it is because the unit cannot properly drain and dispose
of the water and detergent solution. Does the unit make a humming noise? If so,
the drainage hose/pump may be clogged and needs to be cleaned. If not, the
washer may possibly be experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly,
faulty pump, timer or control board not communicating correctly. Because it
could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend
contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.
