Then decompress this .zip extended file to a separate folder. Read detailed information described in the file T.sonic 840 Firmware update procedure.pdf about how to do the upgrade exactly.

You move the rubber clip at the bottom of the player.

There you can see USB port and a screw.

Unscrew it and you will be able to open the player.

You can use Lithium ion battery.

If you are trying to use the Itunes software to see your t-sonic player it will not work, Itunes is only
for apple media players nothing else.
Now if your computer itself does not see your player, make sure you have the correct drivers for it,
did your player come with it's own cd to load it's drivers and or software so your computer can see it?

To resolve this issue, format the player using the computer. Also scan the player for any viruses using antivirus program. Even after performing the format the issue is not resolved then you would need to press the Reset button to restore it to its default settings. The reset program will erase all of the settings on the T.sonic. The reset button is on the right side of player. Keep that button pressed for at least 5-10 seconds. Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.

Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.

In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.

Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.

Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

Connect the device through USB cable to the PC.
Open the secondary storage device.
Copy and Paste the songs that you want.
Safely remove the hardware.
That's it. Now you can enjoy with Tsonic 840.

If the MP3 Player has come with a warranty covering the problem it has got, go to where you have bought it from, explain it to them, and they will replace or repair it, otherwise just throw it into a dustbin.
