1. Press and hold the "EXIT" button on the projector for about 5 seconds to display the total used lamp time.

2. Press "AUTO" on the projector or on the remote control to reset the lamp hour to "0".

3. Wait about 5 seconds to let the OSD disappear.

I suggest you enter the menu and select English under the headig language.

This happened to me once, it turned out to be the visual settings of the graphics card. In my case it was an Nvidia card and the softare allows you to have a different setting per monitor. All of the contrast, brightness, and well, all the settings were all the way down, but only for the Benq. I turned them all up and saved, now it works great. It was just like you described, a very, very faint image was visible. I suspect my graphics driver was updated, and the projector settings were somehow set to zero.

We were able to source a technician who has serviced the equipment. A replacement lead was required, this has sorted our problem thank you.

you have a problem in the alignment of lens. you should see service man to fix the problem.
if you think it's not the lens is the problem. try to go the menu option that you can see and adjust the contrast ratio or the color and brightness adjustment that might help you.
