Shows as a fuser error (zero cross signal error) but we see this being the power supply and/or bad power to the unit. Check your power outlet (it should be on a separate or dedicated plug with no other devices). Remove and re-seat the drum unit and DV unit. Could be the fuser but if it comes back its the power supply

it seems that the problem is with your printer toner..so replace the toner. may be the toner is faulty
