The defrost timer is part of the electronic control baord located on the back of the refrigerator. If the freezer is not defrosting check the thermistor on the evaporator(freezer) coils. It can cause the control board to thing it doesn'y need defrosting. a common problem

it is part of the main control boartd and cannot be replaed sepperatly #801 on dia.

What is the model Number on the tag of the refrigerator.

Looks like the relay or overload for sure overload kicks for safety stop forcing it turn it off after food runs out for an hour it should stay on but I warn u it will click again because Yuri our compressor is over heating you need a tech for parts replacement like relay

Can you locate your model number inside the fresh food section around door frame? I believe you have the ice maker with the electronic eye and sounds like you need to follow these instructions so the ice maker works again. Your fridge has a dual solenoid water valve - one side controls the water flow to the dispenser, the other to the ice maker. It's possible that one side burned out while the other is still good.

Before replacing the part, make sure the solenoid is in fact, bad. Get a voltmeter, and touch the probes to the electrical contacts on the solenoid, like so:

If the meter barely moves, the solenoid is bad.

If both solenoids test out OK, the other possibility is that the water supply line is kinked or clogged. Also, if your water dispenser has a filter (also on the back of the fridge), it might be clogged. My money's on the solenoid, though.

Voltage is fine .
Check to make sure bulb is shutting off.Door switch might be stuck.
Or water might be hitting the bulbs causing them to fail.
