From the information you have provided the display board on your Frigidaire freezer reads "OF". That reading means your freezer is off, you should be able to turn it back on by pressing the up or down arrow five times in a row. If you need any additional assistance please feel free to reconnect. I hope this is helpful to you. -Matt
Hey friend, thank you for your post!
In order to stop the door ajar alarm from beeping when the door is closed you would need to reset the alarm. If you have done that and it continues to beep it could be an issue within the switch or panel of your Frigidaire freezer. I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnose your appliance. -Matt
Hello Lee, thanks for your inquiry! I see that your Frigidaire deep freezer is not running and you would like to know why you are having these issues. It could be a possible miscommunication within your control panel or sealed system. I would recommend performing a reset on your freezer and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for at least ten minutes. If that does not help resolve your issue I would suggest having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt
I appreciate your post, Deborah!
From what you have described you need to replace the door light switch on your Frigidaire freezer. In order to assist you further I would need your model number. You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside wall of your freezer. I look forward to assisting you. -Matt
Hello Shirley, thank you for you post!
I understand that your Frigidaire freezer is leaking water onto the bottom panel of your freezer. This could be a possible clog within your drain line or an issue with your gasket. I would recommend performing a manual defrost on your freezer and you can do that by disconnecting power from your freezer for at least four to five hours. This will help clear out any clogs within your freezer.
You may also want to test your gasket and you can do that by using a dollar bill. Place the bill between your freezer and the freezer door. If you pull the bill and it provides resistance the gasket is good. If the bill slides out you may need to replace the gasket. It that all checks out to be in proper working order I noticed you wanted to access the drain tube. In order to access the tube you would have to remove the rear panel wall. This is not a simple DIY job and I would recommend reaching out to a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt
