Juki MO654DE locks up and will not turn
Remove the needle is possible.
Force it in the normal direction of travel with the handwheel. You can't break it. This tip from a dry cleaners that does repairs and has 6 machines.
Then run the machine full speed with no needle for about 20 seconds.

Why lots of oil leakage?
There might be a mechanical problem with your sewing machine to oil to be leaking and it needs to be repaired and the part that stops the oil from spilling out needs to have something sealing it then too to stop oil from leaking out.
Hi! I have a Juki HZL-25Z. The under side of my fabric is getting birds nest. So I know its the top tension but I have no idea how to fix this!
To be sure it is top thread, suggest you try a thread of a different color other than the bobbin.
Assuming its top thread, you need to increase top thread tension.
Other causes; Uneven feed of top thread can cause nesting of top thread. The machine uses a horizontal spool for top thread. Be sure you use a spool cap that is as big or larger than the spool. Pay particular attention to threading instructions on which direction the thread drops from the spool. If backwards, flip spool.

Can you get a walking foot attachment for a Juki industrial sewing machine
To attach the foot: First Hold your Walking Foot and raise its Lever. Keep the lever raised and hook the walking foot around the shank / presser bar. Slide the foot up and down until you've lined it up with the hole, so that you can insert the set screw. Put the set screw in and tighten with the screwdriver.
