look behind the end cover as you rotate the belt pulley by hand they all have adjustments there

hi there regarding Error E924 at JUKI control it means Motor driver failure ( Motor driver has broken.) or you can first check motor connection if connected secure or there's lose connection. other ways try to change motor with new one or check control box only with working machine to confirm Error coming from motor or control box. Hi there, gently tilt the head of your machine back and rest it on the white peg thing at the back. Inside you should see lines on the back side of the oil pan...min and max. If you are somewhere in between, all good. If not, add more. NOTE: always use clear machine oil. Any other stuff will stain your work. Hope this helps, have a great day

Hi there, no you cannot do a stretch stitch on the ddl-8700. It only has on stitch and it is a straight lockstitch.

Your table sounds like it was cut for a different machine..You might be able to move your motor over to where the belt will come straight down from the handwheel. There is some adjustment that can be made with a wrench on the large nuts that hold the motor up to the table. Good luck.

Carmen, Your belt is either twisted or is not down in the groove in the hand wheel or in the pulley that is on the end of your motor. Use a flashlight to look at the end of your motor (under your table). That is a common problem. Once you think it is probably on both the hand wheel and the pulley, start turning the hand wheel towards you about 10 times. Sometimes that helps it settle in. When this happens, the hinges sometimes get crooked and you will need to try to straighten them by jiggling the head of the sewing machine until it settles in. Good luck.

Try swaping the wires that you cut you might have them backward.if that don't doit you might try changing the hole cord to a new one .

I looked everywhere on line that I could think of and couldn't find one. I have had luck looking for other parts I needed by watching ebay selling a model for parts. My go to mechanic is in Cleveland OH at the Geo. E. Johnson Co. Ask Herb or Jerry if they can order the part and have it sent to you.800-729-6341.

Your machine is out of time. This means that your bobbin casing is not rotating at the right time to be able to grab the thread from your needle. You should take it to the mechanic to have it fixed.

Any chance you broke a needle? 1. First take your feed plate off and then see if the hand wheel turns freely. If it does, look at the plate to see if it is bent. If bent, lay on a flat surface and tap with a hammer until it's flat and put is back on. If it's in bad shape, you will need to buy another one. This should also free up your back lever.

If it's a mechanical machine, most likely it needs a good cleaning and oiling. Wheel on right side that controls the needle up and down is very tight... Will not zigzag or decorative stitches New to these newer plastic style... ///

Pressure on foot is regulated by the screw on the top of the machine directly above the pressure foot bar. Make sure your lever on back of machine is down, then turn the screw by hand, left for less pressure and to the right for more pressure. Has anyone adjusted the presser foot inside the machine? That can throw it off or sometimes you need to look under the machine head into the oil pan to make sure there isn't something stuck and holding the pressure up from there. Is this a new or used machine? Does it have enough oil in the pan?

Cut or broken? Broken is the tension is too tight on either the top or bottom. The needle hole may be too small for the thread you are using. Thread can be poor quality (look in light-is it fuzzy?)and breaking on it's own. The most likely is the tension must be adjusted.

if you know the model number, youtube is the best place to figure out how to fix the problem

possible over oiling, or if it has a reservoir to put oil in , then the reservoir may need to be checked for leaks
