Dynex tv shows picture but kinda faded an different colors one side has lines up an down. Is this the t-com board

I'd start with a new tcon board and if it doesn't fix it chances are its a bad panel

M4 nor m6 screws fit the back of dynex tv. one is too small other too large??

try m5 screws--- they are available check if the unit is USA made it will have unf threads
