Inside the electric field there is an insulations tape inside the coil in a most white or black colored tape where these temperature fuse is broken or also fuse in the powercable
Hi Deborah, it's Jack at Dyson. It's likely the '33' you see displayed on your machine is the target temperature you've selected, as the fan speed goes from 1-10. If you've selected 33 degrees as the target, your heater will only activate if the ambient room temperature drops below 33 degrees. It would then continue to run until the temperature reaches 33 degrees once again. The intelligent thermostat is engineered to heat the room to the desired temperature, then to run as needed to maintain this temperature. If you want the heater function to run, try increasing the target temperature degree by degree until the machine comes on. But if you want to use the fan-only function in warmer weather, turn the target temperature down to 0. The LED indicator around the on/off switch will turn blue, and the machine will run in fan-only mode to cool you down with unheated airflow. I hope this information helps. Hi there Philip, it's Jack at Dyson.
When your Dyson Hot + Cool heater has heated the room to the target temperature you've chosen (shown on the LED display on the front of the machine), it will revert to monitoring mode. In monitoring mode, the motor will continue to run at a low speed, drawing a small volume of ambient air past the intelligent thermostat. When the thermostat detects that the ambient air temperature is falling below the selected target, the heater will activate again to maintain the temperature.
From your description it sounds as if your machine is working correctly - it would display an 'E' or an 'F' error code on the LED display if there was an actual fault. However if you're still concerned I would encourage you to contact the Dyson Customer Helpline directly for further advice. Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.
When you adjust the target temperature of your Dyson Hot fan heater (shown on the LED display on the base), you're setting the target temperature you would like the room heated to. The actual temperature of airflow produced by the fan heater will not vary.
If the heater won't run below 25 degrees, this is likely to be because the temperature of the room you're in is equal to or warmer than 25 degrees. The heater will only turn itself on if the temperature drops below 25 degrees, and once the room temperature reaches this target once again, the fan will turn itself back to monitoring mode.
I've attached our Getting started video below which shows how to adjust the temperature, using the remote or the controls on the base.

To fix the F2 error on the Dyson AM08 Pedestal Cooling Fan, you must try resetting the fan by unplugging it from the power source for 2 to 3 minutes and then plugging it back in , it can work properly.
The C1 error code on the Dyson Pure Hot+Cool indicates a communication issue between the control board and the motor. Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
Turn off and unplug the machine for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on again. This can sometimes reset the control board and resolve the issue.
Check the filter and make sure it is clean. A dirty filter can cause the machine to overheat, which can trigger the C1 error code.
Check the air intake and make sure it is not blocked. If the air intake is blocked, the machine may not be able to cool properly, which can cause the C1 error code.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, the problem may be with the control board or motor. In this case, it is recommended to contact Dyson's customer support for further assistance. They may be able to help you diagnose and resolve the issue, or recommend repair options if necessary.
First thing is to check the wall socket. Use a desk lamp or something similar and plug it into the socket you use for the heater. If the lamp works so does the socket. Next check the fuse. UK machine have a fuse in the plug, other countries use different systems.
If all these check out OK the surge may have damaged a circuit board inside the heater. Only a Dyson specialist could help you with that.
Probably the bearings are dry. remove the fan and housing to get to the shaft and oil it. The circuit breaker is shutting it off because it is drawing excessive current.
quote from amazon site***Mine also showed H2. I had a suspicion that it was the remote causing it. Changed the remote battery (CR 2032), turned on the heater and let it circulate for 3 minutes, then I went and tested all remote buttons. It worked! No more H2 error code!
