KODAK ESP 3200 SERIES WILL NOT SCAN
I had the same problems; missing Icon and 100-2105. This solution on the Kodak web site solved my problem.

If the error continues using a USB connection, see the following section to reinstall the printer.
Keep getting error message 100-2105
I had the same problem. The icon disappeared. Then the 100-2105 error message came up. The solution on the kodak web site worked for me.

Paper jam
Yes, put it in the box and take it back, and don't look back. A paper jam is the least of it's problems. Wait till you keep track of the ink you use: 4 4X6 color pictures, and 85 black printed pages before you have to replace the inks. I know , I have one, 3 printheads replaced, and recently Kodak send a rebuilt printer. Kodak has big problems with this.
Get an HP printer.
Error # 3802
To resolve this error:
- Open the printer access door.
- Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
- Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
- Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary.
- After the printer completes powering up, the message "Printer access door open" will appear.
- Close the printer access door.
If the error continues:
- Open the printer access door.
- Remove and install the printhead two times.
- Close the printer access door.
- Wait until the printer is ready to use.
If the error continues, contact Kodak.
