Hello Nancy Keller - Typically, error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the wall oven by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually clears most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
Hi Frank Tahmoush - Press the CLEAR/OFF key for approximately 15 seconds to see if it overrides the controls. If that does not work, disconnect power to the range for approximately 30 seconds and then restart unit. Reset time of day and press the CLEAR/OFF key again. If these solutions do not work, the range could possibly be experiencing a communication issue with the EOC, faulty door lock assembly or wiring failure. At this point I would strongly suggest contacting an authorized service technician who would be better able to assist you in the diagnosis and repair of your unit.
Hello Kathy Manson - Unfortunately, based on the symptoms you are describing, the oven liner would need to be replaced. The oven liner cannot be adjusted or shimmed to resolve this issue. If I was in your position, I personally recommend consulting an experiencing service technician to assist with the repairs.
Hello paulascor549 - I completely understand that you took the oven door apart to clean it, therefore you must have took the following steps to do so. According from my research you would have to reassemble in reverse order. If you have already tried to do so and it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately.
