Can i please get a manual for my mp3 player?
First of all, thank you very much for choosing FIXYA today for your online technical support needs.
Here is a direct link to the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for that model:http://www.sandisk.com/media/911811/Sansa%20Fuze+%20UM_112210.pdf
To view the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and blue highlighted text just above.
This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the Owner's Manual.
You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents, although many computers already have this type of utility pre-installed.
You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.
Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.
I truly hope that was helpful to you.
Good luck and take care.
Joe.

My Sansa Fuze sometimes goes to the White Screen of Death too--1) Turn it on, get the white screen, then hold the 'off' button in the up position for up to 20 seconds to force it off. Wait 20 more seconds, then turn it on again.2) You may have to reformat your player--If you have a copy of the 'Sansa Updater' software on your computer, page 17 of the user manual says that reformatting the player is possible through commands from your computer. If your player is recognized by the computer, this could also work.
How do you make the scroll wheel turn again?
Your wheel may be stuck because dirt has worked its way into the wheel.I have 3 ideas--1) Get a can of computer duster, and try blowing the dirt out from around the wheel, outside and inside edge.2) Sansa Fuze user 'tenzip' suggests dipping the player, while turned off, in DISTILLED water, if you believe the wheel has something sticky and water-soluble-- THEN let it drain, THEN put the player in a bag of uncooked rice for up to a week. The rice will pull the rest of the water out of the player. Hi prabhakar361...
The player is telling you that you are trying to play the wrong format and it will not play that format.
Check your user manual to see what format you need.
You must change the format of the movies in order for your player to play them.
Go to the following webpage and download a FREE media converter...you can convert the movies to the format needed to play on your player.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up
