The frigidaire freezer control are very prone to failure. You will need to order a new one. They are very easy to install. Just unplug freezer, grab flat blade and pop loose evenly on top and bottom.

Check your drain hose that leads to evaporator pan. The hose should be in the pan. If it is in pan, then check to see if all door gaskets are tight and no leaks or gaps. Could be frozen. Use a hair dryer on the lock assembly and the edge of the lock. After it's hot, push the freezer door in and try the lock then.

FO error may indicate a stuck keypad button. try to reset the alarm. if the error reoccurs replace the electronic control module. be sure to disconnect the power supply before replacing the control.
