Hello richardso903 - Once again try resetting the freezer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart the unit. Set the unit to ON, by pressing and holding the Power button for approximately ten seconds. If issue persists and freezer does not turn on, then the unit may be experiencing a wiring failure, faulty plug or control board. I would strongly recommend connecting with a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.
Hello sangpark003 - Often when the unit is making a whistling noise, it is because it is pulling air from the outside. Sometimes a poor door gasket could be causing the whistling. You may check if the door seal is bad; place a dollar bill between the body of the freezer and the door. Now close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocking by anything stopping it from closing. However, if issue persists, I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the refrigerator to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts or to confirm if it is a normal operation noise.
Hello georginalemo - Sounds like the unit has a possible leak. Consult a professional to move forward accurately and assist with the repairs.
Try cleaning the unit out and any coils you can reach (typically located near the bottom of the unit behind the toe grille). Do you hear the compressor running? The compressor is constantly meant to go on and off frequently to keep unit at a constant temperature. If you do not, the unit could possibly have a coolant leak or an issue with the internal sealed system including a faulty compressor, evaporate fan or main control board. Contact a professional move forward accurately.

Hello Rick Cieri - From what you have described it seems like the unit could possibly be experiencing a wiring failure or communication problem coming from the main control board. Connect with a certified technician to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.
Hello C. Richard Robinson - Is the door being kept open too long or frequently? If so, try removing the items needed from freezer ahead of time so the door is not open as much. However, main possibly could be a poor door seal. Try checking this by placing a dollar between the body of the freezer and the door. Now close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing. If nothing is stopping the door then the gasket will need replacing and adjusting by a professional.
Hello Lan Sutton - Since the unit is now not cooling, when was the last time you cleaned the condensers? You may do so by removing the toe grille and use extended vacuum attachment and condenser cleaning brush to remove dust buildup from condenser coils usually located on the left side underneath. If you hear the compressor running and if it is providing warm air then that means it is operating correctly and the sealed system is removing heat from the cabinet. Fan motor/evaporator or control board may be the primary issue. However, if you do not hear the compressor and the unit is blowing room temperature then the unit may possibly have a sealed system leak, faulty compressor or overload relay. Contact a professional to move forward accurately from this point.
