Won't charge or turn on.

I wrote to Insignia and they recommended the following procedure, which worked for me:

1- Plug the charger into a power outlet
2- Press the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons at the same time for resetting the device.

My earphones are working well now.

Regards,

Celso

How do I pair insignia bluetooth headphone with

The Insignia headphones must be set to "pair".

With the headphones off, press and hold the power button on the headphones until the logo starts blinking red/blue. You are now in "pair mode". Have your Touch look for bluetooth devices and it should see it now.

Hope this helps!

I have an IPOD touch. I just bought d650 motorola

Unfortunately not all bluetooth headsets are compatible with the Ipod Touch. You should go the Apple's Website and see if that have a list of what bluetooth devices will work for them

I just bought a set on ebay but there was no

I have this pair of head phones and I've connected them to my computer which uses vista. What I did was connect them to the computer through pairing. If you get a message asking for a pin, you just type 0000 for the code and you should get it installed just fine.

After this is done, you go to the microphone symbol in the bottom left toolbar and right click, and go to playback devices. From here you should should see a symbol that says "Speakers" and right underneath it should say "Bluetooth Audio device". Click this one, set to default and click ok. The sound from the computer should go to the headphones at this point.

As for getting the built-in microphone to work with the computer, I'm still working on that issue myself

I need to get sound incoming with headset how do i do this?

Specifying if this was Windows XP or Windows Vista would make a difference in the fixing of this problem, I am going to explain for Windows Vista hoping that you are up-to-date on the most recent operating system.

Step 1: Locate your task pane in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Playback options (I believe)
Step 3: Under "Playback" select your headphones from the list.
Step 4: Right click it and click "Set as default device"
Wallah, it should send the sound to your headphones now rather than the PC's output device, please note, once your not using the headphones anymore you must set the default device back to the normal speakers or you will have no spound.

Microphone doesn't work

For some reason, these types of headphones don't like to work in both A2DP Stereo headphone mode and headset profile. I know that every computer I've dealt with thus far sees both profiles as two separate devices, and since the mic is tied to the headset profile, the mono audio comes with it. Simply put, I'm not sure that there's a way to use both on a computer. I'm also pretty sure that most phones toggle between profiles when applicable. Best I can guess is that the problem is hardware related, not software.

Bluetooth headset won't connect in Vista

I had a similar problem. First part of the solution is to disable the headset profile for the headphones. These headphones can't handle both headset and headphone profiles at the same time. Second part of the solution is to make sure that your headphones are on when you activate bluetooth on the computer. For some reason, Vista doesn't like setting up the initial connection on-the-go, so it will just act like its connected and move on. Hope this helps!

Why can't I program my insignia remote to a davinci d7 home theater system

Hey there! So, programming a remote can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially when it comes to compatibility between different devices. In this case, it seems like you're having trouble programming your Insignia remote to work with your DaVinci D7 home theater system. The thing is, remote controls are designed to work specifically with certain brands and models of devices. While Insignia remotes are usually quite versatile, they may not be compatible with all home theater systems out there, including the DaVinci D7. Different home theater systems often use different communication protocols or codes to receive commands from the remote control. If the codes used by your DaVinci D7 are not included in the Insignia remote's pre-programmed list, it won't be able to communicate effectively with your system. However, don't worry just yet! There might still be a few options to explore. First, make sure you're following the correct programming instructions provided by Insignia for your specific remote model. Sometimes, a small oversight in the programming process can cause issues. If you've followed the instructions correctly and it's still not working, you could try reaching out to Insignia's customer support. They might have additional information or alternative methods to program the remote specifically for the DaVinci D7 system. In some cases, a universal remote might be a good alternative. These remotes are designed to work with a wide range of devices and often offer more customization options, allowing you to program them for devices that aren't on the pre-programmed list. So, while it might be a bit disappointing that your Insignia remote isn't working with the DaVinci D7, there are still a couple of avenues to explore. Give those suggestions a shot, and hopefully, you'll find a solution that gets your remote and home theater system working together seamlessly. Good luck!
