Webroot antivirus protection turns off
I would uninstall it and reinstall it.
It is also possible that you have a virus on the computer that is messing with it.
I would suggest you go to www.malwarebytes.org and download and run malwarebytes to see if there might be something bad running on your system.

Webroot firewall keeps shuting down
If you are referring to Webroot Desktop Firewall, that software is no longer supported as it was discontinued years ago. The "No Longer Supported" factor means that it is not updated to keep up with new Windows systems and patches, so will slowly stop working and become worse and worse as it gets older. If this is the software you are referring to, unfortunately the best solution is to uninstall it and use a current, updated firewall instead.
If you want to stay with Webroot, their firewall is included in their Internet Security packages. Otherwise there are numerous free and paid firewalls, all with different features, problems, good sides and bad sides. Examples include Comodo, Zone Alarm, and Sunbelt.

I am a 65 year
I googled your website and it is appeared fine to me,no problems finding/displaying it.I believe your anti-virus/firewall is what is stopping it from appearing on your end.It is late now,but if you leave me a contact number,I can likely suggest some things to change within your webroot.Anti-virus/firewalls are made to be highly protective for you.I took a brief look at intuit,a few things about security and such, and need to read a little more.It is 2:30 AM EST here, but I really do not believe they are blocking you because you are paying for the site.I will have to look at their terms. If anything, perhaps someone tried to get into your site and they did something to stop it,but I think they would have notified you in some way. Please leave a number(I will explain why) and I should be able to walk you through some probable causes, and a good time to contact. When did this start and how long have you had your site?I believe I am seeing all info available.526 hits.Options on the left,an ad and a running clock.St. Joseph MO weather and copyrighted Bobby Christian.
