I think Kaspersky Firewall blocking the skype from connecting to internet, go to the kaspersky firewall rules and if skype is blocked then chnange the rule to allow skype to connect to internet.

The activation code is specific to your computer so no one can tell you that specific code. Contact Kaspersky support.

You need to conect to the Kaspersky WEB site to update the virus database.

please first uninstall your anti virus then reinstall it and then try to upgrade. i think you use full version kaspersky anti virus. if it then give its serial key and then click upgrade from server, when you install kaspersky then insure that you are connected with internet. thanks

this is most common error u get wid Kaspersky, all u have to do is, re-install Kaspersky and run an update, the new updates have fixed this error, u will not get this once u have re-installed and updated it with latest updates.

fill out the form and in the Problem type area, select "Lost activation code". They typically provide great support and should be able to help you.

Sounds like conflicting programs.
Would you be behind a router, a firewall or an antivirus preventing Skype from connecting?
Check the Skype website and see if they have a FAQ to see if they have any answers on Kaspersky.
My recommendation is uninstall both programs, reinstall Skype first and see if Kas will let it run when reinstalled.
