1. run the liveupdate
2.click on start and inside the start search type msconfig check whether it is in selctive or normal startup (it should be normal startup) change the date to one month before and run the liveupdate again and restart the computer

open the product and change the date and restart the computer and try to activate the product and it will work

go to serial.ws.com @ searchu wil get it

restart the computer and at the begining of the restart itself you have to keep on tapping the F8 key and you will get the safe mode option and in that please select last known good configuration and it will work

there is only one option you have to uninstall and reinstall the product oresle you have go for the upgarded version of the same product

we have uninstall the microsoft .net framewrok from the add/remove programs and we have download the microsoft.net framework version 2.0 from the microsoft website
