Go to the menu and the settings, language & Keyboard Touch Input. Text Input under an other setting make sure that you have the sound feedback checked. If that is checked and its still not working try restarting your device. Sound feedback is checked; no sound for keyboard or menu/app selections. When no sound is output even though the power is turned on, check the following points. Make sure that the master volume is not set too low. Set it to an appropriate level using the slider or knob. Make sure that nothing is connected to the headphone jack on the keyboard.

seems to be a standard acoustic setup to me. If it doesn't have all the string pins in it, you'll need to get some. you simply pull out the pin, put the string in, then wind it up on the machine heads (tuners) On this one you may need to put the strings through from the inside, I'm not sure about this particular model. I like a double wrap to start on the bass strings, but that's a choice I make. You could go with nylon strings, get ball end, they're easier to use than plain. It takes a bit of know how to do plain, thy have to be wrapped just right on the pins.

Hi If you are talking about cleaning the rubber contacts I wouldn't bother. Once they start to fail then it is best to replace them. You can do this either for the octave giving problems or best to replace complete set. Main part is VY84670R your piano has 6 octaves of these. with a shorter part at either end.

Yes you may use it as stand alone piano. Usually everytime you will power ON any yamaha psr model piano will appear as default voice.

Hi the blue screen with lines is normally as a result of the ribbon cable which has contacts on failing. The remedy is normally to replace the simple the screen assembly the parts for this are around £300 but there would be significant labour to add to this. i would suggest talking to a local Yamaha technician Becketts Music Ltd

Hi the first thing to try is a factory reset hold down the highest note while you turn the keyboard on. once it has started up try again. if there is only a faint sound when played it could be that the main amplifier has failed or that the speakers have become unplugged from the power board. does it work on headphones correctly, if it does it points to an amplifier problem. report back if the reset works Dan Becketts Music Ltd

Not sure about the serial #... but 'C' clarinets are not common.
They are slightly shorter (2" perhaps? ) than the far more common Bb clarinet.
