****** of hinge assembly stuck

If the latch has been pushed down without a blade on it you will need to get a flat head screw driver. Push up the blade lock and put the screwdriver behind the the tongue on the hinge. While pushing up on the latch push the tongue out with the screw driver. If you need any add'l assistance please call the Andis customer service dept at 1-800-558-9441.

Blade latch has been closed accidentally and is locked how do i release it to get blade back on thanks

put a flat bladed screwdriver under the part of the hinge with two ridges on and pull it up.

How do I find what model my Andis pet clipper is

On the back of the clipper it should say something like AG, AGR, or AGC does it look like any of these dog clippers Dog Clippers . Has it got a power cable or is it a Rechargeable? Also age is a good clue?

How do I remove blades from a AGC2 hair trimmer

If you look at the base of the blade at the bottom edge the is a black metal bar, push this in towards the blade and pull the nose of the blade away from the clipper.

My andes agc2 doesnt run. i opened it and noticed

This round cylinder is a permenant magnet and doesn't actually connect to anything, the only contact which matter are the copper wires connecting the circuit board to the Carbon brushes. This may be as simple as a faulty cable check for power to the circuit board.

Clippers stopped clipping. I changed

Sound as though the blade drive needs replacing, commonly you will notice tram lines in the cut on your longer blades or the shorter blades struggling to cut

I removed the blade assembly on the andis agc 2 by mistake,how do i fit back together it doesnt seem to fit

Instructions come in with a new drive assembly, basicly put the black end through under the metal frame first then push it down into place.

Andis agc 2 not cutting very well

Yep as simple as that just make sure they are a well recignised sharpener otherwise you will waste your money. You can rule out a clipper problem if other blades cut ok. Clipper Blade Sharpening

Blades normally glide tight thru hair....cleaned

Ok if you take them appart don't touch the screws you will find it hard to re-align, if your blades haven't been sharpened for 5 years the i think its a very good place to start
