Anything from a bad connection on one of the boards (solder or plug) to a bad board (rare) to a problem inside the front display panel which is usually fatal if the issue from a cost point of view---getting any parts for a Westinghouse may also be hard as last I heard they were again out of business.

The board that called the T-Con board it is could be dead.This T-Con board control the out put tv signal to the tv LCD screen panel.This T-Con board sit at the bottom in the middle bottom of the tv LCD screen panel. Take the connection out of the T-Con board .Tries clean the connection of the board with some rubbing alcohol,might fixed the problems,if not.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,EBay.com to buy a refurbish T-Con board for the replacement.

Below the slot, about an inch down, and about inthe center- look for a small hole that does not match the pattern of the plastic- this is the manual release button- insert something like a stip pin into the hole gently until you feel it land on something about 1 centimeter in, and push- you should feel the mechanism move as the pin is pushed in further until it stops. The machine should eject the disk. There is also an eject push button on the side of the set buried with the other buttons. I assume you already tried the blue button on the remote.

Have you reset audio to factory defaults? If it does not clear up, try plugging the audio outputs to a stereo's auxillary inputs and see if both channels come through.If neither approach works, the fault is going to be in the audio processor/board.If the external stereo does work with both channels, and the TV only has sound on one channel, it may be failed speaker, it may be broken wire, corrosion, a failed amp chip (the outputs to the stereo are tapped off at a point in the audio chain before the power amplifier.) or a fault in the audio processor.

If your output from the decoder box is conventional "type F" termination like the old TV sets, just connect that output to your antenna input on the TV just as before with the analog sets.If however you have the outputs like on your DVD player, the safe bet is to simply connect with the white, red and yellow RCA type connectors like your home stereo uses, and plug those into the "Cable input" set of connectors on the TV.
