probably need to replace the gas struts as they do leak gas and are not responsive if you cannot get new struts ,there are places that can re-gas struts

You can remove #1 spark plug and let someone bump it over with your finger in the plug hole,when you feel it blow your finger out the hole it's close,stick a screwdriver in the plug hole and turn the belts or crank pulley until the screwdriver is at its highest point .thats true top dead center on compression stroke. yes, it is but the manufacturer does not make this available. we have to use other grates that just happen to be the right size and install using the same kind of support.

shut off the propane tank and see if your regulator tube is blocked. If not blocked it could be that one has to have either regulators open to allow the gas to go through and wait for the count of 5 before hitting the ignite button.

Most hardware stores and home improvement centers, that sell grills and accessories carry Hose/Regulator Assemblies. They cost around $30.00. Take your old one with you for comparison purposes.

I can only assume your talking about the regulator and screw on connection. These can be bought at most large hardware stores including sears to fit most if not all grills. They basically all use the same type of regulator and gas supply lines. Fot this protable grill you may have to get online at
