Somehow i think i chipped the face of my watch,
mcdevito75 here, To get to the face of your watch is a job, you"d need a few jewelers tools and would have to be a bit handy with watches as there is a certain way to move your hands around the watches movement a wrong move of your hands in the watches movement can destroy it. First you"d have to remove the watches back cover, then you"d have to remove the stem (winder) and there"s a certain method to that with requires jewelers screwdrivers, then you"d have to lift the movement out of the case and if these chips loosed the hands you"d need another tool to re-seat them. BEST BET, Check with the repair service directory here at fixya, click on repair service directory bottom of this page, then click on watches, I am Mike D at RITE TIME BASICS and may be able to help or check with any fine watch repaire in the directory.

Westclox model LTX271 instructions for setting day
mcdevito75 here, The stem on your westclox has 2 positions, First pull the stem out to set the time of day, keep cycleing the watch until you come to 1 day before the day you want. NOW! push the stem back in. NOW! slip a finger nail just under the crown and gently, gently kift the crown to it"s first position, it may take a little practice so be patient, once in it's first position you can change the DATE easily, change the DATE to 1 DATE before the DA you want, push the syem back in and pull the stem back out and set the day/date and time of day. Your watch is set and will change on time a little past mid nite.

Breo Roam Sports watch - No Instructions
hey, know it's a while since you posted and you may not need it anymore, only saw this yesterday looking for an answer myself and couldn't find one any where, however just figured it out.
you need some thing with quite a small point like a fairly sharp pencil to depress the buttons fully. just pressing the M button will display the date, to adjust the date and time press the A button, first press allows you to change the month, second press the date, third press the hour and fourth press the minute. when you are on the one you want to change use the M button to scroll through the numbers. hope this is helpful.

How to set dates, etc.
mcdevito75 here, The stem should be 2 position, first pull the stem out to adjust the DAY ot Month, push the stem back in, now slip a fingernail just under the stem anf lift to the stems first position, this should allow you to change the DATE, adjust to 1 day before the DATE you need, now lift the stem to adjust the time, go thru the complete 24 hour cycle to adjust the DATE and time of day. You should have the DAY or Month and correct date and your watch will change the DAY, DATE at the proper time also.
