Need to know more... is it no spark? or is it no fire? -- first check spark with a spark checker or by pulling spark plug out and grounding the plug then cranking to see if it sparks... if it sparks check compression -- if you have spark and compression its most likely fuel and you need to do lower carburetor

Mix 8 ounces of two cycle oil to one gallon of gas.
