Barska 40070
Yeah, I am. Bought mine on eBay and it doesn't have ANY info. I don't even know how to assemble the optics. Help? If I can assemble it I'll pass along any tips I find to make yours work
Can not figure out how
This is a very simple REFRACTOR style telescope. Put the diagonal into the focuser on the back and then put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the diagonal. That's all there is to it. Practice focusing on a distant object during the day time.

I can't run the cd
This is simply a planetarium program-- try this free one that you can download directly off the internet.

It will run on just about every computer platform.
I can't find the manual; not even sure I had one.
You will not find a manual for this small refractor style telescope. Put the diagonal into the focuser--- then put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the diagonal.
Read my tips on my profile page and read this:

How do i assemble my telescope d=70mm f=400mm
Go to Meade's web site and download one of the REFRACTOR manuals that is similar to your telescope. They all go together about the same way.

Im trying to find out to put my telescope
You did not say what brand and model number--
However-- Meade telescopes maintains a web site with the manuals for all of their telescopes. Find one that is similar in style to your telescope and use it to learn about how to assemble yours.
There are really only three styles of telescopes reflector (with a mirror), refractor with a lens in front, and catadioptric with a lens in front and mirror in back--
and only two kinds of mounts-- ALT AZ (up down left right) and equatorial (usually has a counter weight and needs to be polar aligned)-- the general instructions are usually about the same--
Here are the manuals-- which usually include how to use a telescope--
Try the refractors and reflector manuals first--

Good luck-
My elevaition crosshair wont raise high enough to
your crosshair actually needs to go lower to raise the point of impact. if thats what you meant than you have a mounting/scope problem. the scope should naturally align within the adjustment range assuming the mounts are correct and the scope is functioning and mounted properly.
